Beginning at 8:00 a.m. groups arrive and check in at least one hour before the assigned warm-up time or one hour before the director’s adjudicating assignments, whichever comes first.

Each group reports to the vocal warm-up room 30 minutes before their scheduled time on stage.  The vocal warm up time is 20 minutes.  Following the vocal warm up, groups report to the auditorium and sit in the staging area for performing groups.

Groups will be allowed to remain in the auditorium during all performances with two stipulations…
    There is to be no food or drink in the auditorium.
    Movement in and out of the auditorium should be kept to a minimum,  
     monitored  by adults, and limited to the time between acts.
